Purpose of processing personal data

Personal data is collected and processed for sales purposes, including the sale of electrical infrastructure services and the maintenance of the customer relationship.

The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data content of the register

• Customer's basic details: name, email address, phone number
• Customer's company details: name, address, business ID, and any additional information provided by the customer that is necessary for providing the service.

Retention period

Personal data is retained for as long as the customer relationship is in force, and the retention period is determined by business needs.

Website visitors' IP addresses and cookies necessary for the functioning of the service are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, among other things to maintain information security and to collect visitor statistics, in cases where these can be regarded as personal data. Consent for third-party cookies is requested separately where necessary.

Principles of protecting the register

The data processed in the register is protected appropriately. When register data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital information security of the hardware is looked after accordingly. The data controller ensures that stored data, server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data are handled confidentially and only by those employees whose duties require it.

Regular disclosures of data

Customer data is not regularly disclosed to third parties. Data may, however, be shared where this is necessary for carrying out business operations (for example with technical partners).
